Del Juzar
Delma Juzar (27 December 1928 – 18 August 1988), also known as Del Yuzar, was an Indonesian actor and soldier turned lawyer. Juzar made his film debut in ''Darah dan Doa'' (1950) and starred in several films before going to the Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia in 1951. Life and career Juzar was born on 27 December 1928 in Medan, Dutch East Indies, as the eldest child of the five children of Muhammad Juzar and Syahrizat Juzar. When still in school, he joined the school theatre troupe. Juzar attended officer training in Brastagi, where he later became a soldier during Indonesian National Revolution. When attending high school, he moved to Jakarta to pursue his acting career. Later, when Perfini was looking for a newcomer actor, Juzar was chosen and later made his film debut by starring in Usmar Ismail's directed ''Darah dan Doa'' (1950), where he played the role of Captain Sudarto. Lung cancer, also known as lung carcinoma (since about 98–99% of all lung cancers are carcinomas), is a malignant lung tumor characterized by uncontrolled cell growth in tissue (biology), tissues of the lung. Lung carcinomas derive from transformed, malignant cells that originate as epithelial cells, or from tissues composed of epithelial cells. ''Kompas'' () is an Indonesian national newspaper from Jakarta which was founded on 28 June 1965. The paper is published by PT Kompas Media Nusantara, which is a part of Kompas Gramedia Group. Its head office is located at the Kompas Multimedia Towers, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The paper manages an online portal kompas.id, which contains updated news and the digital subscription version of the paper, while Kompas Gramedia also manages another editorially-separated portal kompas.com. Pasar Minggu is a district of South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. The area is known for its traditional Sunday market, famous for the fruit market. Historically, Pasar Minggu is a fruit cultivation area developed by the Dutch government during the colonial period. Usmar Ismail
Usmar Ismail (20 March 1921 – 2 January 1971) was an Indonesian film director, author, journalist and revolutionary of Minangkabau descent. He was widely regarded as the native Indonesian pioneer of the cinema of Indonesia. Biography Ismail was born in 1921 in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra. His father, Datuk Tumenggung Ismail, taught at the medical school in Padang. His brother Abu Hanifah was also a well-known revolutionary and writer. Ismail attended ASM-A Yogyakarta and later obtained a B.A. in cinematography from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1952. Ismail initially served in the army during the Dutch colonial rule. He served in the Indonesian army in Yogyakarta. During this time, he was a co-founder of a newspaper called ''Rakyat,'' meaning "people" or "populace" in Bahasa Indonesia.
