''Decisión Unánime'' (English: ''Unanimous Decision'') is the tenth studio album recorded by Puerto Rican Americans, Puerto Rican-American salsa music, salsa singer-songwriter Víctor Manuelle. The album was released by Sony Music Latin, Sony BMG Norte on May 9, 2006 (see 2006 in music). It produced three singles, "Nuestro Amor Se Ha Vuelto Ayer" feat. Yuridia which reached No. 8 on Billboard Hot Latin Tracks, Billboard Hot Latin Songs and No. 1 on Billboard Tropical Airplay, "Maldita Suerte" feat. Sin Bandera, and "Nunca Había Llorado Así" feat. Víctor Manuelle
Víctor Manuel Ruiz Velázquez (born September 27, 1968), known professionally as Víctor Manuelle, is an American salsa musician, known to his fans as ''El Sonero de la Juventud'' ("The Singer Of Youths"). He is identified primarily with '' salsa romántica or "salsa monga".'' Víctor Manuelle has neither recorded in English, nor made a Latin pop album, nor (with rare exceptions) ventured into acting, preferring to remain a musician grounded within salsa music. Sin Bandera is a romantic ballads duo consisting of Mexican singer-songwriter Leonel Garcia and Argentine singer-songwriter Noel Schajris. They formed in Mexico in 2000. Eddie Palmieri
Eddie Palmieri (born December 15, 1936) is an American Grammy Award-winning pianist, bandleader, musician, and composer of Puerto Rican ancestry. He is the founder of the bands La Perfecta, La Perfecta II, and Harlem River Drive. Early life Palmieri's parents moved to New York from Ponce, Puerto Rico, in 1926 and settled in the South Bronx, a largely Jewish neighborhood. There, he and his elder brother Charlie Palmieri were born. He accompanied Charlie and participated in many talent contests when he was eight years old. Palmieri continued his education in the city's public school system where he was constantly exposed to jazz music. He took piano lessons and performed at Carnegie Hall at the age of eleven. Influenced by Thelonious Monk and McCoy Tyner, and inspired by his older brother, he determined to someday form his own band — which he accomplished in 1950 when he was fourteen years old. La Secta AllStar (or simply La Secta) is a rock en Español band from Puerto Rico. The band members are Mark Kilpatrick (bass guitar), Gustavo Laureano (singer), John Lengel (drums), and Mike Genao (guitar). They are known mostly for the song "La Locura Automática". Band history Mark Kilpatrick and Gustavo Laureano met in Orlando, Florida where they studied sound engineering. After graduating they moved to Miami Beach and started working.
