David Reed (American Football)
Brandon David Reed (born March 22, 1987) is a former American football wide receiver. He played college football at Utah and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. With the Ravens he won Super Bowl XLVII, and he also played a season with the Indianapolis Colts. Early life A native of New Britain, Connecticut, David Reed attended St. Paul Catholic High School for his freshman year of high school where he lettered in football and basketball. Reed left St. Paul the following year to attend New Britain High School. Reed followed his head coach Jack Cochran to New London High School, where he was First-team All-Conference and All-State. He went on to attend Pasadena City College, where he averaged 166.1 yards per game receiving and broke every single-game and career reception record, while setting a national junior college reception record with 111 catches (1,661 yards, 13 TDs) in 10 games in 2007. The 2010 NFL Draft was the 75th annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players. The 2010 draft took place over three days, at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, New York, with the first round on April 22, 2010. Delone M. Carter (born June 22, 1987) is a former American football running back. He played college football at Syracuse and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Prior to college, Carter played for the Copley Indians at Copley High School. College career Carter rushed for 1,233 yards on 231 carries and nine touchdowns as a senior. He was named the MVP of the 2010 Pinstripe Bowl after rushing for 198 yards on 27 carries and two touchdowns. He was also the offensive MVP of the 2011 East–West Shrine Game. Patrick Jevon Johnson (born August 10, 1976) is a former American football wide receiver. Johnson majored in Journalism and Communications at the University of Oregon from 1994 to 1997, and attended the Craig James Broadcast School in 2000. Mr. Johnson was a two-sport athlete at the University of Oregon, excelling in both football and track, and winning numerous awards and championships during his collegiate athletic career. The 2009 Allstate Sugar Bowl was the 75th annual edition of the annual college football bowl game that is part of the 2008–09 bowl season of the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) 2008 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The game was played on Friday, January 2, 2009 at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana between the Utah Utes, champions of the Mountain West Conference, and the Alabama Crimson Tide, representing the Southeastern Conference. The 2008 Alabama Crimson Tide football team represented the University of Alabama in the 2008 NCAA Division I FBS football season.
