Delone Carter
Delone M. Carter (born June 22, 1987) is a former American football running back. He played college football at Syracuse and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Prior to college, Carter played for the Copley Indians at Copley High School. College career Carter rushed for 1,233 yards on 231 carries and nine touchdowns as a senior. He was named the MVP of the 2010 Pinstripe Bowl after rushing for 198 yards on 27 carries and two touchdowns. He was also the offensive MVP of the 2011 East–West Shrine Game. Carter currently ranks third on the Syracuse all-time rushing yards list with 3,104. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. 2010 Pinstripe Bowl
The 2010 New Era Pinstripe Bowl was the first edition of this college football bowl game, and was played at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, New York. The game started at 3:20 p.m. Eastern Time Zone, ET on December 30, 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season, 2010, and was telecast on ESPN. The game featured the 2010 Syracuse Orange football team, Syracuse Orange of the Big East Conference (1979–2013), Big East Conference and the 2010 Kansas State Wildcats football team, Kansas State Wildcats of the Big 12 Conference. David Reed (American Football)
Brandon David Reed (born March 22, 1987) is a former American football wide receiver. He played college football at Utah and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. With the Ravens he won Super Bowl XLVII, and he also played a season with the Indianapolis Colts. Early life A native of New Britain, Connecticut, David Reed attended St. Paul Catholic High School for his freshman year of high school where he lettered in football and basketball. Reed left St. Paul the following year to attend New Britain High School. Reed followed his head coach Jack Cochran to New London High School, where he was First-team All-Conference and All-State. He went on to attend Pasadena City College, where he averaged 166.1 yards per game receiving and broke every single-game and career reception record, while setting a national junior college reception record with 111 catches (1,661 yards, 13 TDs) in 10 games in 2007. The 2010 Syracuse Orange football team represented Syracuse University in the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Orange were led by head coach Doug Marrone in his second season. They played their home games at Carrier Dome and were members of the Big East Conference. For the first time since Paul Pasqualoni was fired following the 2004 season, the Orange won enough games to become bowl eligible. Syracuse played Kansas State in the Inaugural Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium where they won 36–34 to finish the season 8–5, 4–3 in Big East play. The Orange were coached by Greg Robinson and played their home games at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, New York. The Orange began the game with a field goal and managed to hold the Huskies at bay for their first two drives.
