David McPherson (footballer)
David Murray McPherson (22 August 1872 – 24 July 1942) was a Scottish footballer who played as a wing half. Career Born in Kilmarnock, McPherson played club football for Kilmarnock and Rangers, and made one appearance for Scotland in 1892. Kilmarnock (, sco, Kilmaurnock; gd, Cill Mheàrnaig (IPA:[kʰʲɪʎˈveaːɾnəkʲ]), "Marnock's church") is a large town and former burgh in East Ayrshire, Scotland and is the administrative centre of East Ayrshire, East Ayrshire Council.
