David Llewellin
David Llewellin (born 3 May 1960) is a Welsh rally driver. He was highly successful in the British Rally Championship, winning the title twice in 1989 and 1990, both times at the wheel of a Toyota Celica GT-Four. In the European Rally Championship for drivers, he finished third in 1987, while his highest placing in the World Rally Championship was 36th in 1987. Llewellin was born in Haverfordwest. In the course of his career, Llewellin drove for a number of different teams reaching a pinnacle during his time with the Toyota team. Ben Llewellin
Ben William David Llewellin (born 11 July 1994) is a Welsh sports shooter, who won a silver medal for Wales in the Men's skeet at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. He was born in Haverfordwest, the son of rally driver David Llewellin. In 2016 he won a silver medal at the International Shooting Sport Federation World Cup Finals in Cyprus, followed in 2017 by another at New Delhi, where he and Riccardo Filippelli of Italy both fired a world record score. Later in the year he won a gold medal in the Skeet event at the Oceania and Commonwealth Shooting Federations' Championships in Australia. He won silver at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, finishing second to former world champion Georgios Achilleos of Cyprus, with a score of 56 out of 60 targets. Colin McRae
Colin Steele McRae, (5 August 1968 – 15 September 2007) was a Scottish rally driver. He was the 1991 and 1992 British Rally Champion, and in 1995 became the first British driver and the youngest person to win the World Rally Championship Drivers' title, a record which stood for 27 years until Kalle Rovanperä took the 2022 season title just a day after his 22nd birthday. McRae's performances with the Subaru World Rally Team enabled the team to win the World Rally Championship Manufacturers' title three times in succession in 1995, 1996 and 1997. After four years with the Ford Motor Co. team, where McRae won nine events, he moved to Citroën World Rally Team in 2003 where, despite not winning an event, he helped them win their first manufacturers' title. Malcolm Irving Wilson, OBE (born 17 February 1956) is a British former rally driver and current owner of team and constructor M-Sport. He is the father of former World Rally Championship driver Matthew Wilson. He has been married to Elaine Wilson since 1982. Biography He has over 20 years experience of rallying at world championship level, much of it with Ford. He drove for three factory teams in the world championship, including MG, in whose Group B Metro 6R4, he shared driving duties with fellow Briton, Tony Pond. Mark Lovell
Mark Lovell (27 March 1960 – 12 July 2003) was a British rally driver. He won the 1986 British Rally Championship in a Ford RS200 Group B, the 1987 and 1988 Irish Tarmac Rally Championship, the 1988 International Dutch Rally Drivers' Championship and the 2001 SCCA ProRally Drivers' Championship in the United States. He also won the 2003 Pikes Peak Rally only two weeks before his death. When the Subaru Impreza WRX and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution were introduced in 2002 and 2003 to the United States, both cars created more interest in the sport of rallying. The 2018 Commonwealth Games, officially known as the XXI Commonwealth Games and also known as Gold Coast 2018, was an international multi-sport event for members of the Commonwealth that were held on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, between 4 and 15 April 2018.
