David Boudia
David Alasdair Boudia (; born April 24, 1989) is an American diver. He won the gold medal in the 10 metre platform diving competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics and the bronze medal in the same event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He also won a bronze medal with Nick McCrory in the men's synchronized 10 metre platform at the 2012 Summer Olympics and a silver medal in the same event with Steele Johnson at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Early life Born in Abilene, Texas, Boudia's parents are Jim and Sheilagh Boudia. He graduated from Noblesville High School in 2007, and attended Purdue University. 2010 FINA Diving World Cup
The 2010 FINA Diving World Cup was held in Changzhou, Jiangsu, People's Republic of China from June 2 to June 6, 2010. It was the 17th FINA Diving World Cup competition. 146 divers from 33 countries and regions competed in this World Cup. The 2010 FINA Diving World Cup is held one year after the 2009 FINA Diving World Championships which was held in Rome. The "Team Event", which combines both male and female divers competing side by side, was included for the first time. This event was held on a trial basis. FINA Diving World Cup
The FINA Diving World Cup is an international biennial diving competition that was first contested in The Woodlands, Texas in 1979. The 2012 edition served as Diving's test event for the 2012 Olympics, as well as the final qualifying event for Diving at those Games. Tom Daley (UK, b. 21 May 1994) is the youngest medallist at a FINA Diving World Cup. He was aged 13 years 277 days when he won bronze in the 10 m synchro competition in Beijing, China, on 22 February 2008. The Pan American Games (also known colloquially as the Pan Am Games) is a continental multi-sport event in the Americas featuring summer sports, in which thousands of athletes participate in a variety of competitions. The competition is held among athletes from nations of the Americas, every four years in the year before the Summer Olympic Games. The only Winter Pan American Games were held in 1990.
