Darren Homan
Darren Homan is a former Gaelic footballer from Kilnamanagh, Tallaght. He played for the Dublin county team. Homan retired in 2005 from the Dublin senior football panel after the 2005 quarter-final against Tyrone due to injury. He left Ballyboden St Enda's to join Round Towers in Clondalkin, although it has recently been announced that he will rejoin Ballyboden for next season. Prior to his first spell with Ballyboden he had played his club football with St Kevin's of Kilnamanagh. Round Towers GAA Clondalkin
Round Towers (Irish: ''Cumann an Chloigthí, Cluain Dolcáin'' ) is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) associated with the Dublin County Board club based in Clondalkin, County Dublin. The club plays the Gaelic games of Gaelic football, hurling in both men's and women's codes. History In December 1884, one month after the G.A.A. was founded, a group of men gathered in Clondalkin to form a Gaelic Football Club. Among those present were David Molloy, J. Wixted, J. Carroll, J. Keogh, C. Ryder, P. Doran, The Errity Brothers one of whom, Tom, was later to win All-Ireland Senior medals with Dublin in '92', '94, '98, '99 and 1902. The Dublin Fire Brigade (DFB; ga, Briogáid Dóiteáin Átha Cliath) is the local authority fire service, fire and rescue service and ambulance service for Dublin, Dublin City and the majority of the Greater Dublin Area. Clondalkin ( ; ) is a suburban town situated 10 km south-west of Dublin city centre, Ireland, under the administrative jurisdiction of South Dublin. It features an 8th-century round tower that acts as a focal point for the area. Clondalkin forms part of the Dublin Mid-West Dáil constituency.
