Daroor (woreda)
Daroor woreda ( so, Daroor, also spelled , , and , Ge'ez ዳሮር) is one of the woredas (districts) of the Somali Region of Ethiopia. It was announced in 2010 by the List of Presidents of the Somali Region, Ethiopia, President of the Somali Region. Part of the Jarar Zone, Jarar zone, Daroor is bordered on the south by Gunagadow, on the west by Aware (woreda), Aware, on the north by the Harshin (woreda), Harshin woreda, on the northeast by Somaliland, and on the east by Misraq Gashamo. History In 2005 Daroor had 14,016 inhabitants, according to the Ethiopian Central Statistical Agency. In 1997 of 9,397 inhabitants 99,47% of these were Somali (people), Somali, and 50 residents were from other ethnic groups. In 1988 a refugee camp was set up for Somalis. Regions Of Ethiopia
Ethiopia is a federation subdivided into ethno-linguistically based regional states (Amharic: plural: ክልሎች ''kililoch''; singular: ክልል ''kilil''; Oromo: singular: ''Naannoo''; plural: ''Naannolee'') and chartered cities (Amharic: plural: አስተዳደር አካባቢዎች ''astedader akababiwoch''; singular: አስተዳደር አካባቢ ''astedader akabibi''). Aware (woreda)
Aware ( so, Awaare) is one of the woredas (districts) of Ethiopia in the Somali Region. Part of the Jarar Zone, formerly Degehabur Zone, Aware is bordered on the south by Gunagadow, on the west by Degehabur, on the north by the Jijiga Zone, on the northeast by Somaliland, and on the east by Misraq Gashamo. Gunagadow, Daroor, Yoocaale, and Gashamo woredas were all separated from Aware between 1995 and 2015. The capital of the woreda is Aware. Overview Situated near the border with Somaliland, Aware is one of the oldest cities in the Ogaden, with history spanning over centuries. Isaaq

Garhajis
The Garhajis ( so, Garxajis, ar, غرحجس , Full Name: ''Al-Qādhī Ismā'īl ibn ash-Shaykh Isḥāq ibn Aḥmad bin Muḥammad bin'' ''al-Ḥusayn al-Hāshimīy'') historically known as the Habar Gerhajis () is a major clan of the wider Isaaq clan family. They are the traditional holders of the Isaaq Sultanate and Habr Yunis Sultanate since the 18th century. As descendants of Ismail bin Sheikh Isaaq, its members form a part of the Habar Magaadle confederation, and they constitute the largest sub-clan of the Isaaq. The Eidagale (Ciidagale), ar, عيدَغَلي, (which translates to "army joiner"), Full Name: Da'ud ibn Al-Qādhī Ismā'īl ibn ash-Shaykh Isḥāq ibn Aḥmad, is a major Somali clan and is a sub-division of the Garhajis clan of the Isaaq clan family. Central Statistical Agency
The Central Statistical Agency (CSA; Amharic: ማዕከላዊ ስታቲስቲክስ ኤጀንሲ) is an agency of the government of Ethiopia designated to provide all surveys and censuses for that country used to monitor economic and social growth, as well as to act as an official training center in that field. It is part of the Ethiopian Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. The Director General of the CSA is Samia Zekaria. Before 9 March 1989 the CSA was known as the Central Statistical Office (CSO). The CSA has 25 branch offices. Misraq Gashamo
Misraq Gashamo ("East Gashamo") is one of the woredas in the Somali Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Jarar zone, Misraq Gashamo is bordered on the south by the Werder Zone, on the southwest by Gunagadow, on the west by Aware, and on the north by Somaliland; it is frequently considered part of the Haud. The biggest town and capital of this district is Gashamo. The district is named after the town. History Before 1960, there was no water available during the dry season in Misraq Gashamo; the pastures in the woreda were traditionally abandoned by the local nomadic pastoralists for areas with abundant water with the advent of the dry season, like Burco in Somaliland. Harshin (woreda)
Harshin ( so, Xarshin) is a woreda in Somali Region, Ethiopia. The easternmost woreda of the Jijiga Zone, Harshin is bordered on the south by the Degehabur Zone, on the west by Kebri Beyah, and on the northeast by Somaliland. The major town in Harshin is Harshin. The Ethiopian De-mining Office reported in November 2008 that it had cleared land mines planted in Harshin as part of the four million square meters of land the office had cleared in the Somali Region.
