Dara O'Rourke
Dara O'Rourke is an environmental scientist, information scientist and professor at the University of California, Berkeley where he holds an appointment in the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management. He is also the founder of GoodGuide, an online consumer tool for retrieving information about the supply chain of consumer products such as toys, food, and detergents. Prior to teaching at Berkeley, O'Rourke taught at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The World Economic Forum (WEF) is an international non-governmental and lobbying organisation based in Cologny, canton of Geneva, Switzerland. It was founded on 24 January 1971 by German engineer and economist Klaus Schwab. A biophysical environment is a biotic and abiotic surrounding of an organism or population, and consequently includes the factors that have an influence in their survival, development, and evolution.
