Danny Culloty
Danny Culloty (born 15 March 1964) is an Irish Gaelic football coach and former player. His league and championship career with the Cork senior team spanned twelve seasons from 1985 to 1996. Born in San Francisco, Culloty played soccer, basketball and baseball while attending McAteer High School, before being introduced to Gaelic football by his father. He first appeared for the local Shannon Rangers senior team at the age of fifteen and won a number of championship medals. After returning to Ireland, Culloty joined the Newmarket club and was later included on the Duhallow divisional team. He won back-to-back county senior championship medals with Duhallow in 1990 and 1991. Culloty also won a county junior championship medal with Newmarket in 1998. Culloty made his debut on the inter-county scene at the age of nineteen when he was selected for the under-21 minor team. Shannon Rangers GAA (San Francisco)
Shannon Rangers is a North Kerry Divisional Gaelic football team in County Kerry, Ireland, based around the Shannon Estuary. Founded in 1940, the team compete in the Kerry Senior Football Championship, which they have won on 5 occasions. They also won the inaugural Munster Senior Club Football Championship in 1964. The 1988–89 National Football League, known for sponsorship reasons as the Royal Liver National Football League, was the 58th staging of the National Football League (NFL), an annual Gaelic football tournament for the Gaelic Athletic Association county teams of Ireland. The 1993 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship was the 107th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county Gaelic football tournament. Duhallow Junior A Football Championship
The Duhallow Junior A Football Championship is the top footballing competition in the Duhallow division in Cork. It was first run after the formation of the Duhallow division in 1933. The Championship includes a group stage, therefore every team has at least 2 matches. The winners and runner up of this competition go on to compete in the Cork Junior A Football Championship. Cork Intermediate Football Championship
The Cork Intermediate A Football Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as Bon Secours Cork County Intermediate A Football Championship and abbreviated to the Cork IAFC) is an annual Gaelic football competition organised by the Cork County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association and contested by the second tier intermediate clubs in the county of Cork in Ireland. It is the fourth tier overall in the entire Cork football championship system. The Cork Intermediate Championship was introduced in 1909 as a competition that would bridge the gap between the senior grade and the junior grade. At the time of its creation it was the second tier of Cork football. In its current format, the Cork Intermediate Championship begins in mid summer.
