Daniel Morad
Daniel Morad (born April 24, 1990) is a Canadian-Assyrian racecar driver. He is notable for winning the 2007 American Formula BMW championship, the 2010 World Championship in the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in La Conca, Italy, And the 2017 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona with Alegra Motorsports. Career Karting and Formula BMW Morad was born in Markham, Ontario, Canada. His career began in his native country during 1998 competing in several karting events. In his eight-year career in karts, Morad picked up a number of trophies, including the ''Canadian Formula Senior'' Championship and a ''Florida Winter Tour champion'' title, in the Pro-Shifter class, both of which were won in his final year in karting, 2005. He then moved up into Formula racing the following year in the form of Formula BMW, competing in its American series. Markham () is a city in the Regional Municipality of York, Ontario, Canada. It is approximately northeast of Downtown Toronto. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road course auto racing facility located in Troy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside the village of Lexington. Mid-Ohio has also colloquially become a term for the entire north-central region of the state, from south of Sandusky to the north of Columbus. Luis Schiavo (born July 3, 1981, in Caracas, Venezuela) is a former racing driver. Schiavo won the 2001 Pro Mazda title and also participated in USF2000, Atlantic Championship among other series. Racing career Schiavo made his formula racing debut in the Skip Barber Southern Series in 1999 after a ten-year karting career. The Venezuelan finished his first race, at Sebring International Raceway, in fourth place (behind Craig Duerson, Rafael Sperafico and Bud Risser). Racing a partial schedule in the 1999-2000 season Schiavo ended 35th in the season standings. In 2001 Schiavo debuted in the Star Mazda series. Esteban Manuel Gutiérrez Gutiérrez (; born 5 August 1991) is a Mexican racing driver currently representing Mercedes in Formula One, Formula E and esports and Inter Europol Competition in World Endurance Championship.
