Daniel Bozhkov
Daniel Bozhkov ( bg, Даниел Ангелов Божков; born 27 April 1983) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer who played as a defender. Career Club Bozhkov has been raised in Botev Plovdiv's youth teams and was the team's captain. He made his official debut in top division of Bulgarian football in a match against Slavia Sofia on 30 August 2002. Bozhkov played for 90 minutes. The result of the match was a 1:4 loss for Botev. On 22 July 2009, Bozhkov signed a three-year contract with Widzew Łódź. In July 2011, he was loaned to Górnik Łęczna on a one-year deal. He returned to Widzew one year later. Statistics International career In 2005 and 2006, while Hristo Stoichkov was manager of the Bulgarian national team, Bozhkov appeared in three matches. 2009–10 I Liga
The 2009–10 I liga was the 62nd season of Sports league, the second tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1949 and the 2nd season of the I liga, Polish I liga under its current title. The league was operated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The league is contested by 18 teams who competing for promotion to the 2010–11 Ekstraklasa. The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The champions and runners-up would receive promotion. Unlike in previous seasons the third-placed team no longer had the opportunity to compete in playoffs for promotion, while the 13th and 14th placed teams no longer had to compete in play-outs to remain in the I liga. The bottom four teams were automatically demoted to the II liga. The season began on 1 August 2009, and concluded on 9 June 2010.
