Dane Dorahy
Dane Dorahy () is an Australian rugby league coach and former professional rugby league footballer. He played as a , or in the 1990s and 2000s. He played at club level for Western Suburbs ( Heritage No. 1052) in the NRL, the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats ( Heritage No. 1165) and Halifax ( Heritage No. 1172) in Super League, and the Rochdale Hornets and Hull Kingston Rovers ( Heritage No. 1013) in the Championship. Background Dorahy is the son of former international rugby league player and coach, John Dorahy. Coaching career Dorahy took up a coaching role with the Wests Tigers in 2007, where he spent two seasons, before moving to the Illawarra Cutters. The Western Suburbs Magpies (legal name: Western Suburbs District Rugby League Football Club Ltd) are an Australian rugby league football club based in the western suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales. Formed in 1908, Wests, as they are commonly referred to, were one of the nine foundation clubs of the first New South Wales Rugby League competition in Australia. The club, as a sole entity, departed the top-flight competition in 1999 after forming a 50–50 joint venture with Balmain Tigers to form the Wests Tigers. The Castleford Tigers are a professional rugby league club in Castleford, West Yorkshire, England, that compete in the Super League, the top-level professional rugby league club competition in the Northern Hemisphere. The club have competed in the top division for the majority of their existence, having only been relegated twice in their history. They have won the Challenge Cup four times. Scott Murrell (born 5 September 1985) is an English rugby league footballer who plays as a or for Midlands Hurricanes in the RFL League 1. He has previously played in the Super League for Leeds Rhinos, London Broncos and Hull Kingston Rovers, in the Betfred Championship for Halifax, and for Keighley Cougars in League One.
