''DanceLife'' (also known as ''J.Lo's DanceLife'' in the UK) is a 2007 dance-oriented reality show, featuring and produced by Jennifer Lopez. The series follows the lives of seven dancers trying to break into the world of professional dance and trying to "make it" in Hollywood. ''DanceLife'' premiered on January 15, 2007, and concluded its first season on March 5, 2007. The show has had guest appearances from Ashlee Simpson, Nelly Furtado, Mary J. Blige, Omarion, The Pussycat Dolls, and Ashley Roberts. The theme song is " Find A New Way" by Young Love. Celestina Aladekoba
Celestina Aladekoba is a Nigerian-American recording artist, dancer and actress. She is perhaps best known for appearing in Prince's " Black Sweat" music video, and in MTV's original dance-themed reality show program ''DanceLife''. Life and career Aladekoba grew up in Nigeria and Maryland. Blake McGrath
Blake James McGrath (born November 21, 1983) is a Canadian professional dancer, pop singer, actor, model, and choreographer. He was known for being on the first season of ''So You Think You Can Dance'' in 2005, and on the MTV reality dance show ''DanceLife''. He has also developed a solo singing career with a debut album '' Time to Move'' in 2010. Early career McGrath was born in Mississauga, Ontario. Nuyorican Productions, Inc. is an American production company founded by Jennifer Lopez and Benny Medina. Young Love is an American dance- rock band, fronted by Dan Keyes. They were formed in 2005 in New York City. Rory Phillips handles the majority of the production and songwriting. Young Love's debut full-length album, '' Too Young to Fight It'' was released on January 30, 2007 in the United States. History Prior to creating Young Love, Dan Keyes fronted the Austin, Texas post-hardcore band Recover with much help from Rory Phillips. ''Rent'' is a rock musical with music, lyrics, and book by Jonathan Larson, loosely based on Giacomo Puccini's 1896 opera '' La Bohème''. It tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists struggling to survive and create a life in Lower Manhattan's East Village in the thriving days of bohemian Alphabet City, under the shadow of HIV/AIDS.
