Dana Tyrell
Dana Tyrell (born April 23, 1989) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. Tyrell was selected in the second-round (47th overall) by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. He also played for the Columbus Blue Jackets. Playing career Early career Tyrell was a fifth-round selection of the Prince George Cougars in the Western Hockey League (WHL) Bantam Draft in 2004. He appeared in one game that season before establishing himself as a regular with the Cougars in 2005–06. He scored 30 goals in his second full season, and was selected in the second round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning. Additionally, he made his international debut for the Canadian junior team at the 2007 Super Series, scoring one goal in eight games, but failed to make the team for the 2008 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. Syracuse Crunch
The Syracuse Crunch are a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL). They play in Syracuse, New York, at the Upstate Medical University Arena. They are the primary development affiliate of the National Hockey League's Tampa Bay Lightning. History Vancouver and Pittsburgh affiliations (1994–2000) The franchise originated in 1992 as the Hamilton Canucks, which was an affiliate of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks. The Canucks played in Hamilton, Ontario, for two seasons, before relocating to upstate New York in 1994. They were then renamed the "Crunch" from a public vote that included five names. Norfolk Admirals (AHL)
The Norfolk Admirals were a professional ice hockey team that played in the American Hockey League. They became affiliated with the Anaheim Ducks after being dropped from the Tampa Bay Lightning following their 2012 AHL championship season. The Admirals played in Norfolk, Virginia at the Norfolk Scope. The Bakersfield Condors are a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL) based in Bakersfield, California. The team is owned by and affiliated with the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers. The Condors play their home games at Mechanics Bank Arena. The AHL franchise is a relocation of the Oklahoma City Barons, which joined four other AHL franchises in 2015 as the basis to form a new Pacific Division in California. Dalton Smith (born 30 June 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently an unrestricted free agent. Jonathan Marchessault (né Audy-Marchessault; born December 27, 1990) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward for the Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League (NHL). He has previously played for the Columbus Blue Jackets, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Florida Panthers. After being selected by the Golden Knights in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft, Marchessault has been one of the key points of the team offense, and helped Vegas become the first expansion team to reach the Stanley Cup Finals in their inaugural season since the 1967-68 St. Louis Blues. The Atlanta Thrashers were a professional ice hockey team based in Atlanta. Atlanta was granted a franchise in the National Hockey League (NHL) on June 25, 1997, and became the League's 28th franchise when it began play in the 1999–2000 season. The 2010–11 NHL season was the 94th season of operation (93rd season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Boston Bruins defeated the Vancouver Canucks in the Stanley Cup Finals four games to three, being the sixth Cup win in Bruins' franchise history.
