Dan Kotowski (born March 24, 1967) was the Illinois Senate, Illinois State Senator from the 28th district. The 28th district includes all or parts of Arlington Heights, Illinois, Arlington Heights, Bartlett, Illinois, Bartlett, Bloomingdale, Illinois, Bloomingdale, Des Plaines, Illinois, Des Plaines, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Elk Grove Village, Hanover Park, Illinois, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Hoffman Estates, Park Ridge, Illinois, Park Ridge, Roselle, Illinois, Roselle and Schaumburg, Illinois, Schaumburg. The Illinois Senate is the Upper house, upper chamber of the Illinois General Assembly, the legislative branch of the government of the U.S. state, State of Illinois in the United States. The body was created by the first state constitution adopted in 1818.
