Damian Keyes
Damian Keyes (born 5 August 1976) is a Welsh musician, teacher and founding director of The Brighton Institute of Modern Music. Biography Damian Keyes was born in Swansea, Wales. He studied at Emanuel School. Keyes was hired as a bass guitar teacher at The Academy of Contemporary Music (Guildford) in 1997 when he was 19 years old. In 2001, Keyes joined with record producer Kevin Nixon, former ''Little Angels'' guitarist Bruce Dickinson and promotions manager Sarah Clayman to open The Brighton Institute of Modern Music, an independent music school. BIMM and Keyes have been awarded several business awards and are in the Guinness Book of World Records for " The Loudest Band in the World" (2007) record which they hold in association with Punk band ''Gallows''. Swansea
Swansea (; cy, Abertawe ) is a coastal city and the second-largest city of Wales. It forms a principal area, officially known as the City and County of Swansea ( cy, links=no, Dinas a Sir Abertawe). The loudest band in the world is a subject of some dispute in musical circles. Many bands have claimed to be the loudest, measuring this in various ways including with decibel meters at concerts and by engineering analysis of the CDs on which their albums are published. Skunk Anansie
Skunk Anansie are a British rock band whose members include Skin (lead vocals, guitar), Cass (bass, guitar, backing vocals), Ace (guitar, backing vocals) and Mark Richardson (drums and percussion). Skunk Anansie formed in 1994, disbanded in 2001 and reformed in 2009. The name "Skunk Anansie" is taken from Akan folk tales of Anansi the spider-man of Ghana, with "Skunk" added to "make the name nastier". Gallows are an English hardcore punk band from Watford, Hertfordshire. The band was formed in 2005 after Laurent Barnard's previous band disbanded. Gallows' debut album, ''Orchestra of Wolves'', was distributed in the United States by Epitaph Records, and they were subsequently signed to Warner Bros.
