Dalit Stauber
Dalit Stauber (born June 6, 1959) is an Israeli educator who Serves as Director General of the Ministry of Education since 2021. She also served in the position from 2011 to 2013. Biography Stauber was born in Tel Aviv to working-class parents, her mother, Hadassah Pilater, was a kindergarten teacher and her father, Itcho (Yitzhak), was one of the founders of the rescue sector in Israel, she has two brothers. Stauber was educated in H Municipal high school (Ironi H High School) in Tel Aviv. In 1996 she received a Master degree with distinction in education from Bar-Ilan University and in 1980 completed her bachelor's degree in English literature and Linguistics at Bar-Ilan University.
