Dalfard
Dalfard is a major resort for the citizens of Jiroft, in the Kermān Province of Iran. It is located 30 km north of Jiroft in the Jabalbarz mountains. Jiroft is located in a vast plain, Halil River, on the southern outskirts of the Jebal Barez mountain chain, surrounded by two rivers. One of Dalfard's main attractions is Golm (waterfall), Golm, a series of waterfalls. In addition to the series of waterfalls called Golm, Dalfard also has Armins resort that includes luxurious villas for tourists and a convenient restaurant that serves traditional as well as western dishes. The people of this region are very warm and friendly. This is a primarily agrarian society and all there are numerous crops which are all organic. Jiroft
Jiroft ( fa, جیرفت, also Romanized as Jīroft; formerly, Sabzāwārān, Sabzevārān, Sabzevārān-e Jiroft, and Sabzvārān) is a city and capital of Jiroft County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 95,031, in 19,926 families. It is located south of the city of Kerman, and south of Tehran along Road 91. In the past it was also called Sabzevaran, and on account of its being very fertile land it is famous as Hend-e-Koochak (the little India).The civilization found in Jiroft is one of the oldest human civilizations (according to some, the oldest) and the manuscripts obtained from this civilization are before the cuneiform discovered in Mesopotamia. Halil River
Halīl River or HalīlRood (also ''Haliri River'', known as the ''Kharaw'' or ''ZarDasht River'' in its upper reaches) is a river stretching for some running in the Baft, Jiroft and Kahnuj districts of Kerman Province, Iran. The Halil rises at above sea level in the kuh-e shah mountain about to the north-east of Baft, flowing to the south-west until it is joined by the Zardasht and Rabor rivers. Turning towards the south, if flows along the foothills of the Bahr aseman mountains, then to the south-east until Jiroft Dam, which is high, about upstream of Jiroft () at the confluence with the Narab. It passes some east of Kahnuj and terminates in the Hamun-e Jaz Murian of Baluchistan. Jebal Barez
The Jebal Barez is a mountain chain in the Kerman Province of Iran. This mountain range stretches for some 100 km north-west to south-east, parallel to the Halil Rud, to the north-east of Jiroft and to the south-west of Bam, rising to a maximal elevation of 3,750 m. The mountains of this range are continued by other mountains such as Mount Shahsavaran and Mount Hudian to the south-east. They separate the plain of Hamun-e Jaz Murian from that of Namakzar-e Shahdad and Lut desert. Etymology The root of the name of this mountain is identical to that of the Alburz in northern Iran and the Elbrus in the Caucasus, and therefore, it is likewise derived from an unattested Old Persian term *''Harā Brzatī'', cognate with Avestan ''Harā Bərəzaitī'' (see Harā Bərəzaitī), meaning "high watchpost".
