Daire Doyle
Daire Doyle (born 18 October 1980 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish former football player and current assistant manager of Drogheda United. Early career Doyle started his professional career in August 1998 when he moved from top Dublin schoolboy side Cherry Orchard to then Premier League club Coventry City under manager Gordon Strachan where he played in the youth team, which included playing in the FA Youth Cup Final and was also in the reserve team under Trevor Peake, but struggled for first team opportunities. In the early part of the 2000/01 season, Doyle went on trial with Kidderminster Harriers where he made an immediate impression on manager Jan Molby. Gordon David Strachan ( born 9 February 1957) is a Scottish former football coach and player. He played for Dundee, Aberdeen, Manchester United, Leeds United and Coventry City, as well as the Scotland national team. He has since managed Coventry City, Southampton, Celtic, Middlesbrough and Scotland. In club football, Strachan played 635 league games, scoring a total of 138 goals, playing 21 of 25 career seasons in either the English or Scottish top-flight. Kevin Doherty (born 18 April 1980) is an Irish association football coach and former professional player who is currently the manager of League of Ireland Premier Division club Drogheda United. He was the manager of Shelbourne from December 2014 until June 2016. As a player Doherty was a powerful centre back, who was named FAI School's International Player of the Year in 1998. Robbie Horgan (born 7 June 1968) is an Irish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career Born in Dublin, Horgan started his career at Shamrock Rovers, making his League of Ireland debut on 14 April 1987.
