Jhabua
Jhabua is a town and a municipality in Jhabua district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is the administrative headquarters of Jhabua District. Recently the district has got international recognition because of its endemic hen species "kadaknath". It has been granted the GI tag. History The ancestor of the family was Rao Bar Singh a.k.a. the Birji, fifth son of Jodha of Mandore of Marwar. His descendant, Kunwar Kesho Das or Kishan Das, founded Jhabua in 1584. Raja Kesho Das was first Raja of Jhabua 1584/1607. He was granted the title of Raja by the Emperor of Delhi, as a reward for a successful campaign in Bengal, and for punishing the Bhil chiefs of Jhabua who had murdered an Imperial Viceroy of Gujarat. Khushal Singh was the ruler of Jhabua in 1698, he gave much of his lands to his brothers and sons and was too weak to rule his state effectively. Dhar is a city located in Dhar district of the Malwa region in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. The city is the administrative headquarters of the Dhar district. Before Indian independence from Great Britain, it was the capital of the Dhar princely state. Location Dhar is situated between 21°57' to 23°15' N and 74°37' to 75°37' E. Indore–Dahod Line
The Indore - Dahod railway line of the Western Railway Zone is an under construction public transit system in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. It will connect Indore with Dahod on Mathura–Vadodara section. This line will reduce the distance between Indore and Dahod by 100 km. History The Project was allocated in 2008 but the work on the line started very late has 8 tunnels to be built. The later number of tunnels was reduced to three as of April 2019. The cost of the Indore-Dahod railway line is 1643 crores this may increase as per requirements as Railways have set a targeted to complete the Indore - Dahod Line project by 2022 as of now 11 years had passed 50 percent work of the work has not been completed.
