DXMJ-TV, Channel 5 (analog) and Channel 37 (digital), is a commercial television station owned and operated by GMA Network Inc. Its studios, the analog and digital transmitter are located at GMA Complex, Broadcast Ave., Shrine Hills, Matina, Davao City. GMA Davao is the main regional hub for the network's Mindanao region, comprising the Davao-based station, semi-satellites in Cagayan de Oro and Zamboanga, parts of Northern and South Central Mindanao including General Santos, and most of Caraga region. Tandag, officially the City of Tandag ( Tandaganon/ Surigaonon: ''Siyudad nan Tandag''; Cebuano: ''Dakbayan sa Tandag''; fil, Lungsod ng Tandag), is a 5th class component city and capital of the province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines. Effective radiated power (ERP), synonymous with equivalent radiated power, is an IEEE standardized definition of directional radio frequency (RF) power, such as that emitted by a radio transmitter.
