Sportvereniging Door Ons Samenspel Komt Overwinning, usually known as SV DOSKO, is a football club from Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands. SV DOSKO plays in the 2021–22 Sunday Eerste Klasse. History Early years SV DOSKO was founded on 1 March 1908. The club uniform was a red-yellow shirt and black shorts. A year later, DOSKO decided to play in a competition and not without success. First under the auspices of the Brabantse Voetbalbond, a regional league, but a couple of years after they start to play in the NVB, the National League. In the 1912–13 season, DOSKO is placed in the Derde Klasse. Semi-professional years (1955–59) In the 1955–56 season, DOSKO started as a semi-professional club, one season after the introduction of professional football in the Netherlands. 63 other Dutch clubs followed suit. Rinus Bennaars
Rinus Bennaars (14 October 1931 – 8 November 2021) was a Dutch professional footballer who was played as a midfielder. Club career Bennaars started his career at the time that professional football in the Netherlands did not yet exist. At the time of the first professional football in the country Bennaars and SV DOSKO started in the Dutch Second Division. After three years of professional football at DOSKO Bennaars switched to NOAD, where he stayed one season before making another switch, towards Feijenoord. At his second season at Feijenoord Bennaars won his first trophy when the club won the Eredivisie. They retained their title in the following season and Bennaars was invited to join the Netherlands national team again, nine years after his last call-up. Louis Overbeeke (6 September 1926 – 8 July 1989) was a Dutch footballer who played as a forward. He gained 3 caps for the Netherlands national team. Career Born in Hoogerheide, Overbeeke played mainly for DOSKO and NAC, beside his hometown club METO. As a player, he was renowned for his a quick movements and powerful strike. The Dutch Tweede Divisie in the 1957–58 season was contested by 29 teams, one less than in the previous season due to the voluntary return of FC Oss to amateur football. The Dutch Tweede Divisie in the 1958–59 season was contested by 29 teams, fifteen of which playing in group A, fourteen in group B. Teams occupying the lowest two places from each group at the end of the season, would have to play in a relegation play-off (however, two teams chose to relegate to amateur football immediately). That play-off would not be played this season, but in the next. The worst placed teams from that year would also enter. In the play-off (played after the 1959–60 season), teams would play against relegation to amateur football. 1956–57 Tweede Divisie
The Dutch Tweede Divisie in the 1956–57 season was contested by 30 teams, divided in two groups. It was the first season of the new lowest tier of Dutch professional football, organised by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB). Teams could not be relegated to amateur football. RBC and Leeuwarden won the championship and were promoted to the Eerste Divisie. The composition of the league was based on the results of the previous season. The teams that had finished lowest in the Dutch amateur Eerste Klasse would play in this new league. Teams that finished higher, would start in the Eerste Divisie. The league had been divided in two, with a Tweede Divisie A and a Tweede Divisie B, each comprising 15 teams. FC Blauw-Wit Amsterdam ( en, Blue-White) was a Dutch football club from Amsterdam. The name referred to the colours of their uniform, blue and white. History Founded on 10 May 1902 as a local club in the Kinkerbuurt area of Amsterdam, from 1928 it started to play its home matches in the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam. TSV NOAD was an association football club based in Tilburg, Netherlands. Founded in 1910, the club played at the highest level of Dutch football between 1918 and 1961. History NOAD was founded on 5 June 1910. Unlike most other clubs in North Brabant, the club was not formed as Roman Catholic but was rather secular. Initially, NOAD mainly played friendly matches against Roman Catholic institutes. Many so-called Roman Catholic clubs were not allowed by the clergy to play the "savages" of NOAD. The first competitive league matches were played as Brabantian Football Association (BVB). In November 1917, the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) placed NOAD in the National 2nd Klasse B.
