DMTN
DMTN (; an initialism for Desire.Motivation.Timing.Now), formerly Dalmatian (), was a South Korean boy band created and managed by MC Mong under Monkey Funch Entertainment. The original lineup consisted of Inati, Day Day, Donglim, Jeesu, Dari, and Daniel. Dalmatian released a 30-second music video teaser of their debut digital single "Round 1 (song), Round 1" on August 25, 2010. It was followed by the song and video's full release on September 1, 2010 and the group made their debut performance the following day on Mnet (TV channel), Mnet's music program ''M! Countdown''. On May 7, 2012, Dalmatian announced that Day Day left from the group for personal reasons, and member Simon later joined the group. Dari enlisted in the military immediately after promotion for "That Man Opposed" ended in 2011, which resulted in his hiatus from the group. Round 1 (song)
"Round 1" is the debut single by South Korean idol group Dalmatian. It was released on September 1, 2010, through IS Entermedia Group and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. The sextet was formed by rapper MC Mong and managed under his newly formed record label Monkey Funch. Inspired by music of the 1990s, the song is a dance track about the group members' aspirations. The single and music video for "Round 1" were concurrently released. Dalmatian promoted the song on various music chart shows, and it peaked at number 102 on South Korea's national Gaon Digital Chart. The track was included in the group's debut mini-album '' Dalmatian'' (2011). Conscription In South Korea
Conscription in South Korea has existed since 1957 and requires male citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 to perform compulsory military service. Women are not required to perform military service, but they may voluntarily join the military. Establishment The basis for military conscription in South Korea is the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, which was promulgated on 17 July 1948. The constitution states in Article 39, "All citizens shall have the duty of national defense under the conditions as prescribed by Act." In addition, the conscription is defined and acted by the "Military Service Act" (병역법). ''M Countdown'' () is a South Korean music program broadcast by Mnet. The show features appearances by popular music artists who also perform live on stage. It is broadcast from CJ E&M Center Studio in Sangam-dong, Mapo District, Seoul. Broadcast ''M Countdown'' airs live on domestic television at 6PM KST every Thursday.
