D1 Tower is one of the main residential skyscrapers in Culture Village with a height of 284 metres (932 ft.). This 78 floor building has 526 units which include studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, and 5 bedroom apartments, and 6 bedroom penthouses housed on high floors of the building. D1 Tower was developed by Enshaa who had purchased it from Emirates Sunland Group. The tower was developed in a joint project by Dubai Properties Group and Emirates Sunland Group. Holford Associates is the architectural firm that developed the framework for this building. D1 construction started in 2007 and it was ready for handover in 2015.
