"Déjà Vu" is a song by Italian disc jockey producer Giorgio Moroder, featuring vocals from Australian singer Sia. The song is the third single on Moroder's 2015 album, '' Déjà Vu''. It was released on 17 April 2015, as a digital download via iTunes. Composition "Déjà Vu" is a disco-rooted song with a "funky" '70s pop vibe, supported by disco-infused guitars and a four on the floor beat. Music video Directed by Alexandra Dahlström, the music video follows a young man (played by Drew Lipson) who visits a hotel and repeatedly encounters multiple Sia lookalikes, that are either loving and kind or manipulative and nasty to the man, who, unfortunately, can not tell the difference between the look-alikes. A teaser for the video was released on 30 April, with the official video premiering on 5 May 2015. Giorgio Moroder
Giovanni Giorgio Moroder (, ; born 26 April 1940) is an Italian composer, songwriter, and record producer. Dubbed the "Honorific nicknames in popular music, Father of Disco", Moroder is credited with pioneering euro disco and electronic dance music. His work with synthesizers had a large influence on several music genres such as Hi-NRG, Italo disco, new wave, house and techno music. When in Munich in the 1970s, Moroder started his own record label called Oasis Records, which several years later became a subdivision of Casablanca Records. He is the founder of the former Musicland Studios in Munich, a recording studio used by many artists including the Rolling Stones, Electric Light Orchestra, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Queen (band), Queen and Elton John. Dance radio is a format that consists of current and recent dance and electronic music. While the format is popular in Europe and Asia, it has yet to make an impact in North America, although there are several top 40 and rhythmic radio stations which include current dance music in their playlists. Marco "Benny" Benassi (; born 13 July 1967) is an Italian DJ, record producer and remixer. He is widely seen as a pioneer of electro house, a genre brought into the mainstream by his 2002 summer club hit " Satisfaction". The Thin White Duke was the persona and character of the English musician David Bowie during 1975 and 1976. He is primarily identified with Bowie's 1976 album '' Station to Station'' and is mentioned by name in the title track, although Bowie had first begun to adopt the "Duke" persona during the preceding ''Young Americans'' tour and promotion in 1975.
