Dzhalil (russian: Джали́ль; tt-Cyrl, Җәлил) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Sarmanovsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, located near the source of the Menzelya River, south of Sarmanovo, the administrative center of the district. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 13,937.
