Dymitr of Goraj ( pl, Dymitr z Goraja, links=no) (c.1340–1400) of Clan Korczak was a Grand Crown Marshal from 1390 and Court Treasurer in the years 1364–1370 and 1377–1391. He was one of the wealthiest magnates of his era, and a mentor and adviser to Queen Jadwiga of Poland. Michał Dymitr Tadeusz Krajewski (8 September 1746 – 5 July 1817), sometimes also referred to as Dymitr M. Krajewski, was a Polish writer and educational activist of the times of the Enlightenment in Poland. His 1784 book ''Podolanka'' became the most debated and published Polish novel of that year, and his next book, ''Wojciech Zdarzyński'', is considered to be the first Polish science-fiction novel. Biography Krajewski (coat of arms Jasieńczyk) was born in the Rus Voivodeship on 8 September 1746. On 22 July 1763 he joined the order of Piarists in Podoliniec, where he gained the name of Dymitr. After his novitiate he studied rhetoric and philosophy in Międzyrzecze Koreckie. From 1769 he attended the Piarists college in Warsaw and in 1782 he became a prefect of Collegium Nobilium (Warsaw), Collegium Nobilium. Jan Dymitr Solikowski (1539, in Sieradz – 27 June 1603, in Lwów, Poland) was a Polish writer, diplomat, Archbishop of Lwów. He was since 1564 secretary of King Zygmunt II August. He participated in the rebuild of structures of the church in Polish Livonia, after the wars of King Stefan Batory. In 1583 he became Archbishop of Lwów. He was co-author of the Union of Brest. Prince Dymitr Jerzy Wiśniowiecki (1631–1682) was a Polish magnate and szlachcic. Great Guard of the Crown from 1658, Field Hetman of the Crown from 1668, Great Crown Hetman from 1676, voivode of Belz 1660–1678 and Kraków 1678–1681, and castellan of Kraków from 1681. He was starost of Biala Cerkiew, Krzemieniec, Solec, Kamionka Strumilowa, Braha and Luboml.
