Dvorichne ( uk, Дворічне, russian: Двуречное, Dvurechnoe) is a village in Kupiansk Raion, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine. It belongs to Dvorichna settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The village has a pre-war population of 326 people, and is most notable for which resides in the middle of the village. During the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the village would become a frontline settlement after the 2022 Ukrainian eastern counteroffensive in September 2022, and would remain largely contested until Russian forces pushed the last Ukrainian forces from the settlement on 10 February 2023. The village remains under Russian control as of May 2023. Horobivka ( uk, Гороб'ївка, russian: Горобьевка, Gorobievka) is a village in Kupiansk Raion, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine. In 2001, it had a population of 263 people. It is located northeast of Kupiansk. , the village is currently fully occupied by Russian forces during their invasion of Ukraine. See the detailed map. 2022 Ukrainian Eastern Counteroffensive
The 2022 Ukrainian eastern counteroffensive is a counteroffensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory of Kharkiv Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, and Luhansk Oblast, that was launched on 6 September 2022. Following the launch of the Ukrainian southern counteroffensive in Kherson in late August, Ukrainian forces began a second counteroffensive in early September in Kharkiv Oblast, in Eastern Ukraine.
