Dusty Hannahs
Gerald Ellis "Dusty" Hannahs III (born September 2, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for Ironi Nes Ziona of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He played college basketball for Texas Tech and Arkansas, with whom in his senior season he led the Southeastern Conference with a 90.8% free throw percentage. He played in the NBA for the Memphis Grizzlies in 2018-20. Early life and high school Hannahs was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and attended high school at Pulaski Academy. He was a three-time All-District selection, and was named first team 4A All-State in his junior and senior seasons with the Bruins. He committed to Texas Tech University after his junior season after averaging 26.2 points per game and shooting 51 percent from three. The 2022–23 NBA G League season is the 22nd season of the NBA G League, the minor league basketball league of the National Basketball Association (NBA). For the second consecutive season, the schedule will be split into two parts: the 18-game Showcase Cup which began on November 4, 2022, followed by a 32-game regular season which tips off on December 27. The sixth man in basketball is a player who is not a starter but comes off the bench much more often than other reserves, often being the first player to be substituted in. The sixth man often plays minutes equal to or exceeding some of the starters and posts similar statistics.
