Duraisamy Simon Lourdusamy
Duraisamy Simon Lourdusamy (5 February 1924 – 2 June 2014) was an Indian cardinal of the Catholic Church. He was the Prefect of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches in the Roman Curia and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1985. His episcopical motto was ''Aedificare domum Dei'' which means "To build the house of God". He was the fourth cardinal from India and the first curial cardinal of Asia outside of the Middle East. Biography Lourdusamy was born in Kalleri (Archdiocese of Pondicherry), Tamil Nadu state, India, as the seventh of twelve children of Annamarie (aka Matharasi) and Duraisamy Simeon. Lourdusamy was the elder brother of priest and theologian D. S. Amalorpavadass, who was killed in an automobile accident while travelling from Mysore to Bangalore. ''Dorisa'' is a genus of parasitic alveolates in the phylum Apicomplexa. The genus was separated from the genus '' Dorisiella'' by Levine in 1908.Levine ND (1980) ''Dorisa'' n. gen. Dreisam
The Dreisam (Celtic: ''*tragisamā'', "the very fast one") is a 29 km long river (48.8 km including its source river Rotbach), and a tributary of the Elz in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. The waters of the Dreisam feed the famous Freiburg Bächle runnels. Geography The Dreisam begins in the Dreisam Valley (''Dreisamtal'') which is located in the Southern Black Forest (''Südschwarzwald''). The origin of the river can be found close to a bridge on the ''Landesstraße'' 127 which leads from Kirchzarten to Stegen. Here, two streams, the Rotbach and Wagensteinbach, meet to form the Dreisam river. This confluence is located in the western part of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park below the so-called Höllental, where the Rotchbach flows through, and the Wagensteig valley.
