Craig Carter Dunaway (born March 27, 1961) is a former American football player. He played college football as a tight end for the University of Michigan from 1980 to 1982. In three years with Michigan, Dunaway caught 55 passes for 775 yards and eight touchdowns. He played professional football for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1983. He appeared in 11 games, none as a starter, for the Steelers. Early years Dunaway was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, in 1961. David King Dunaway is an American historian. He is a professor of English at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico; he was previously on the faculty of San Francisco State University in San Francisco. He was also the first consultant to the UNESCO Program on Intangible Cultural Heritage. Books David Dunaway's first book, ''How Can I Keep From Singing'', the first biography of folk musician and social activist Pete Seeger, was based on his doctoral dissertation at the University of California, Berkeley, and first released in 1981. Since then, it has been translated into Japanese and Spanish and been through six printings. Dennis Dunaway (born December 9, 1946, in Cottage Grove, Oregon) is an American musician, best known as the original bass guitarist for the rock band Alice Cooper (1962–1975, 1999, 2010, 2011, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021). He co-wrote some of the band's most notable songs, including "I'm Eighteen" and " School's Out". Career Dunaway's first bass was a short-scale Airline. This was used on Alice Cooper's debut album ''Pretties for You''. The band's sophomore album, ''Easy Action'', featured Dunaway playing a short-scale Höfner. Later, Dunaway procured a Gibson EB-0 short scale bass, modified with a Fender Precision Bass split pickup in the treble position, that he spray painted green and called "the frog". James Kenneth Dunaway (September 3, 1941 – May 12, 2018) was an American football player. A defensive tackle, he played college football at the University of Mississippi, and played professionally in the American Football League for the Buffalo Bills, as part of a defensive line that held opposing runners without a rushing touchdown for a pro football record seventeen consecutive games in the 1964 and 1965 AFL seasons. Household products Dunaway manufactured a number of household specialty chemicals, including Delete rust and stain remover, Vanish toilet bowl cleaner, Elf drain cleaner, Expello moth crystals and insecticide, and Bug-a-Boo moth crystals and aerosol. Expello was the leading brand in moth crystals, but Vanish was Dunaway's most successful product, due more to his marketing than the quality of the product. Elf drain cleanser consisted of lye crystals. Dunaway (born July 1, 1944) is Professor of Sociology in the Government and International Affairs Program at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (also called Virginia Tech), Blacksburg, Virginia.
