Duke Iversen
Christopher Arnold "Duke" Iversen (February 26, 1920 – May 20, 2011) was an American football player who played five seasons in the National Football League (NFL) and All-America Football Conference (AAFC) with the New York Giants, New York Yankees and New York Yanks. He was drafted by the New York Giants in the seventh round of the 1947 NFL Draft. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. The primary roles of a running back are to receive American football plays#Offensive terminology, handoffs from the quarterback to Rush (American football)#Offense, rush the ball, to line up as a receiver to catch the ball, and Blocking (American football), block.
