Dubán Alberto Ramírez Rodríguez (born 30 December 1965) is a retired male road cyclist from Colombia, who was a professional rider from 1990 to 1998. He twice competed for his native country at the Summer Olympics: 1988 and 1996. Medellín
Medellín ( or ), officially the Municipality of Medellín ( es, Municipio de Medellín), is the second-largest city in Colombia, after Bogotá, and the capital of the department of Antioquia. 1998 Clásico RCN
The 38th edition of the annual Clásico RCN, a bicycle stage race, was held from August 14 to August 23, 1998, in Colombia. The race with an Union Cycliste Internationale, UCI rate of 2.4 started in Barrancabermeja and finished in Bogotá with an individual time trial. RCN stands for "Radio Cadena Nacional" – one of the oldest and largest radio networks in the nation. There were a total of 95 competitors from 13 teams, with 81 cyclists actually finishing the stage race.
