Don Drumm (born ) is an American sculptor, designer and master craftsman based in Akron, Ohio. He was born in Warren, Ohio, and received degrees in art from Kent State University. He specializes in metals, usually aluminum, steel and pewter. Don Drumm has received numerous awards and honors, including Ohio Designer Crafts' "Lifetime Achievement Award" and "Outstanding Contributors of the Century" from the Akron Beacon Journal newspaper. He was the first recipient of both the Outstanding Visual Artist Award from the Akron Area Arts Alliance in 2000 and the American Institute of Architecture (AIA) "Artist and Craftsman Excellence" award. Don Drumm (born in Westfield, Massachusetts) is an American country music singer. Drumm began his musical career at 15 years old as a Piano The piano is a stringed keyboard instrument in which the strings are struck by wooden hammers that are coated with a softer material (modern hammers are covered with dense wool felt; some early pianos used leather). It is played using a keyboa ... player at Geno's Brass Rail Restaurant. He recorded for Chart Records, Chart and Churchill Records, and entered the Hot Country Songs charts four times. Emily Cecilia Drumm (born 15 September 1974) is a New Zealand former cricketer who played as a right-handed batter and could bowl both right-arm medium and right-arm leg break. She appeared in 5 Test matches and 101 One Day Internationals for New Zealand between 1992 and 2006. She played domestic cricket for Auckland, Northern Districts and Kent. Kevin Drumm (born 1970) is an experimental musician based in Chicago, United States. Biography Emerging from the city's improvised music scene, in the 1990s he became one of the world's pre-eminent prepared guitar players. Since then his work has expanded to include electroacoustic compositions and live electronic music made with laptop computers and analog modular synthesizers. His early recordings contain mostly sparse, quiet sounds; recent works have been more loud and dense. Drumm has collaborated with many artists working in similar fields, including Japanese guitarist Taku Sugimoto, multi-instrumentalist and producer Jim O'Rourke, and many European improvisers such as Swedish saxophonist Mats Gustafsson and German trumpeter Axel Dörner. Leroy Drumm
Leroy Maxey Drumm (September 26, 1936 – November 26, 2010) was an American bluegrass/country music songwriter who served in the United States Navy, in the 3rd Division as a sonar man aboard the (DD-707), an ''Allen M. Sumner''-class destroyer and deployed to the Mediterranean from July 1956 to February 1957. Upon leaving the Navy he worked as a general laborer and welder in and around Detroit, Michigan. Leroy and Pete Goble co-wrote the song "Colleen Malone" recorded by Hot Rize on their '' Take It Home'', that won the IBMA's Song of the Year award in 1991. Máire Drumm
Máire Drumm (22 October 1919 – 28 October 1976) was the vice-president of Sinn Féin and a commander in Cumann na mBan. She was killed by Ulster loyalists while recovering from an eye operation in Belfast's Mater Hospital. As Vice President of Sinn Féin, she was known for her fierce and divisive rhetoric which did not shy away from embracing violence. Thomas William Drumm (July 12, 1871 – October 24, 1933) was an Irish-born prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as Bishop of Des Moines from 1919 until his death in 1933. Biography Thomas Drumm was born in Fore, County Westmeath, to Thomas and Mary (née Cullen) Drumm. He came to the United States in 1888, and began his studies at St. Joseph's College in Dubuque, Iowa. He completed his theological studies at the Grand Seminary of Montreal in Quebec, Canada, where he was ordained to the priesthood by Archbishop Paul Bruchési on December 21, 1901. He then furthered his studies at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He labored in the diocesan missions of Dubuque, and became pastor oSt. Patrick's Churchin Cedar Rapids in 1915.
