The ''Torneo Gran Alternativa'' (2008) (Spanish for the "Great Alternative Tournament") was a one-night, eight-team professional wrestling tournament held on July 18, 2017 by the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL; "World Wrestling Council"). The 2008 ''Gran Alternativa'' was the 14th time CMLL held the '' Torneo Gran Alternativa'' since the first tournament was held in 1994.
