Dragan Kobiljski
Dragan Kobiljski ( sr-cyrl, Драган Кобиљски; born 9 August 1971) is a Serbian professional volleyball coach and former player, who is currently serving as head coach of SCM Zalău of the Romanian Division A1. Playing career A middle blocker, Kobiljski started his professional career in 1994. During his playing days, he played for Partizan, , Budućnost, , and . He retired as a player with GFC Ajaccio VB in 2008. Coaching career After retirement in 2008, Kobiljski joined Borac Starčevo as their head coach. After one season, Partizan added him to their coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2009–10 season. On 26 May 2010, Kobiljski was added as an assistant coach of the Slovenian team ACH Volley under Igor Kolaković. He parted ways with ACH Volley in 2012. 2017 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Grand Champions Cup
The 2017 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Grand Champions Cup was the 7th staging of the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Champions Cup, a quadrennial international men's volleyball tournament organized by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). The tournament was held in Nagoya and Osaka, Japan from 12 to 17 September 2017. 6 national teams from 5 confederations competed in the tournament. Brazil claimed their fourth straight Grand Champions Cup title and fifth overall. Italy and Iran won the silver and the bronze medal respectively. This was Iran's first ever medal at a worldwide-level FIVB tournament. Ricardo Lucarelli from Brazil was elected the MVP. The Middle European League or MEVZA League is a regional volleyball league, contested by the club teams from the Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association (MEVZA). Nikola Grbić
Nikola Grbić ( sr-cyrl, Никола Грбић; born 6 September 1973) is a Serbian professional volleyball coach and former player, who is currently serving as head coach for the Poland national team. The Olympic Champion Sydney 2000, a bronze medallist in the Olympic Games Atlanta 1996, and a multiple World Championship, European Championship and World League medallist. The Qatar men's national volleyball team represents Qatar in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches. As of 20 September 2021, the team was ranked 20th in the world. Igor Kolaković (Игор Колаковић; born 4 June 1965) is a Montenegrin professional volleyball coach and former player. He currently serves as head coach for the Serbia national team. Personal life Igor's wife, Sandra, is a former handball national team player, former head coach of the Serbia women's national handball team. Igor received a bachelor's degree of business administration in 1989 at the University of Montenegro. Aleksa Kolaković, son of Igor, is a handball player. Middle Blocker
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. Sport Club Municipal Zalău, commonly known as SCM Zalău, is a Romanian professional football club based in Zalău, Sălaj County. This team represents the football section of the multi-sport club SCM Zalău, which also include athletics, boxing, tennis, table tennis, Greco-Roman wrestling and handball (youth).
