Downtown Denver is the main financial, commercial, business, and entertainment district in Denver, Colorado. There is over of office space in downtown Denver, with 132,000 workers. The downtown area consists mostly of the neighborhoods of Union Station and Central Business District. LoDo and RiNo are notable districts within downtown. Some of the more popular specific attractions include the 16th Street pedestrian mall, Larimer Square, the re-emerging Theatre District near Curtis and 14th, and Civic Center Park. Surrounding neighborhoods include Capitol Hill and Uptown to the east, Highland to the west, Five Points to the north, and the Golden Triangle to the south. Four Seasons Hotel Denver
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Denver is a tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. This makes it the 4th tallest building in Denver. It was completed in 2010 and has 45 stories and of usable floor space. It is estimated to cost $350 million, or $456.63 per sq. ft., which would make it the most expensive privately owned building ever constructed in Denver. It is a mixed-used building, containing a pool, fitness center and amenities. The lower 24 floors contains the Four Season Hotel, while the upper 21 floors contain residential suites. The hotel operates 239 guest rooms & suites, as of 2010 it is the tallest mixed used tower in Denver. Coors Field is a baseball stadium in downtown Denver, Colorado. It is the home field of Major League Baseball's Colorado Rockies. Opened in 1995, the park is located in Denver's Lower Downtown neighborhood, two blocks from Union Station. The stadium has a capacity of 50,144 people for baseball. As an expansion team that began play in 1993, the Rockies spent their first two seasons at Mile High Stadium. During that time, Coors Field was constructed for a cost of $300 million.
