Alex Winter
Alexander Ross Winter (born July 17, 1965) is a British-American actor and filmmaker. He played the slacker Bill in the 1989 film ''Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure'' and its sequels ''Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey'' (1991) and ''Bill & Ted Face the Music'' (2020). He is also known for his role as Marko in the 1987 vampire film ''The Lost Boys''; for co-writing, co-directing, and starring in the 1993 film ''Freaked''; and for directing documentaries in the 2010s. Don Ienner
Don Ienner ( ) is an American music executive. He served as president of Columbia Records from 1989 to 2003, and as Chairman from 1994 to 2003. In April 2003 he became president of Columbia's umbrella company, Sony Music U.S., overseeing its music labels, and was named Chief Executive Officer of Sony Music Label Group, U.S. in 2004. He resigned from that position on June 1, 2006. As of 2012, Ienner was a music business consultant, a principal in an advertising agency, and the founder and owner of several restaurants in Naples, Florida. The Maryland Film Festival is an annual five-day international film festival taking place each May in Baltimore, Maryland. The festival was launched in 1999, and presents international film and video work of all lengths and genres. The festival is known for its close relationship with John Waters, who is on the festival's board of directors and selects a favorite film to host within each year of the festival. Each U.S. feature screened within the festival is hosted by one or more of its filmmakers. The Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival is the largest documentary festival in North America. The event takes place annually in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The 27th edition of the festival took place online throughout May and June 2020. In addition to the annual festival, Hot Docs owns and operates the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema, administers multiple production funds, and runs year-round screening programs including Doc Soup and Hot Docs Showcase. He developed Napster, one of the first popular peer-to-peer ("P2P") file sharing platforms, in 1999.
