My Downfall (Original Soundtrack)
' is the fifteenth studio album by breakcore artist Venetian Snares. The title is in reference not to an actual soundtrack but rather the soundtrack to Aaron Funk's "downfall". It is said to be a follow-up to the 2005 album ''Rossz Csillag Alatt Született'', as hinted by the reappearing Hungarian song titles. Aaron was quoted as saying, "This album has nothing to do with dubstep and very little to do with breakcore Breakcore is a style and microgenre of electronic dance music that emerged from jungle, hardcore, and drum and bass in the mid-to-late 1990s. It is characterized by very complex and intricate breakbeats and a wide palette of sampling sources ...." It, like the album it is said to follow, consists largely of classical compositions. However, unlike said album, it features very little in the way of drumbeats, instead focusing on an atmospheric sound made by the classical instruments. Downfall (game)
''Downfall'' is a two-player game for players aged 7 and older, first marketed by the Milton Bradley Company in 1970. The game consists of a vertical board with five slotted dials on each side. Each player starts with ten numbered tokens or discs at the top of the board, five on each side. The object of the game is to move the discs to the bottom of the board by turning the dials. Players alternate turns moving the dials and cannot move a dial that their opponent has just moved. The winner is the first player to move all of their discs into the tray at the bottom, in sequence order (1-2-3-4-5). Discs falling out of sequence loses the game. Since neither player can see the other's board, it is common to inadvertently advance - or hinder - the opponent's gameplay. The game rewards forward thinking and planning; players may try to "trap" their opponent into turning a dial that will advance their own disc, while trying to ensure that their own discs are not caught and dropped ou ...

Downfall (book)
''Downfall: The Tommy Sheridan Story'' is a book by Alan McCombes, former policy co-ordinator of the Scottish Socialist Party (SSP) and editor of the ''Scottish Socialist Voice'', about the political career of Tommy Sheridan, who led the SSP for several years until he was forced to resign amid allegations about his personal life, eventually leaving the party a few years before his eventual conviction for perjury. McCombes finished writing the book—described by ''The Scotsman'' as "the first insider's account of the fall-out from Sheridan's trips to a Manchester swinging club and his ill-fated decision to take on the ''News of the World'' after it published details of his sexual proclivities"—less than five months after Sheridan was jailed for committing perjury. The book was launched on 6 July 2011 at Word Power Books, Scotland's oldest radical and independent bookshop. Reception Paul Hutcheon described the book in '' The Herald'' as "brilliantly written", adding: "Most to ...
