Bill Cosby Is Not Himself These Days
''Bill Cosby Is Not Himself These Days - Rat Own, Rat Own, Rat Own'' (1976) is a musical comedy album by Bill Cosby. He parodies various rhythm and blues artists including James Brown and Barry White. The songs were written with producer and keyboardist Stu Gardner. Background For nine years, Cosby released at least an album a year, starting in 1964. After a three-year hiatus, this was his first comedy album since 1973's ''Fat Albert'', albeit in musical form, and he wouldn't return to a full-fledged stand-up album again until 1977's '' My Father Confused Me... What Must I Do? What Must I Do?''. The first single, "Yes, Yes, Yes", became one of Cosby's biggest charted hits after "Little Ole Man (Uptight, Everything's Alright)", reaching number 46 on the ''Billboard'' Hot ...

To Russell, My Brother, Whom I Slept With
''To Russell, My Brother, Whom I Slept With'' is the sixth comedy album by Bill Cosby and his eighth album overall. It was recorded in 1968 in the Cleveland Public Auditorium, and it was released later that year on a 12″ vinyl record. Background The day of the recording, Cleveland experienced a severe ice storm which tied up traffic. Cosby delayed the opening of the act for an hour to give people time to arrive and find their way to their seats. Near the end of that hour, after a period of approximately 10 minutes with no new arrivals, a woman entered and made her way to a seat very near the front row. When she had seated herself, Cosby cupped his hands around the microphone and announced in a deep, stentorian voice, "You're late!" The entire audience erupted in laughter and the show then began. This was Cosby's first album recorded in a large venue rather than an intimate nightclub. As in many of his other albums and stand-up work, Cosby delves in great detail into his chi ...

Wonderfulness
''Wonderfulness'' (1966) is the fourth album of stand-up comedy performances by Bill Cosby. The title comes from a catchphrase used in Cosby's television series, ''I Spy''. This was the first of several Cosby albums to be recorded live at Harrah's, Lake Tahoe, Nevada, by Warner Bros. Records. Seven of the eight tracks are drawn from Cosby's childhood experiences; the last one, "Niagara Falls", deals with a visit to that landmark by television producer Sheldon Leonard, who hired Cosby to star in ''I Spy''. The version of "Shop" from this album differs from the track of the same title on Cosby's previous album, ''Why Is There Air? ''Why Is There Air?'' (1965) is Bill Cosby's third album. 200 M
The 200 metres, or 200-meter dash, is a sprint running event. On an outdoor 400 metre racetrack, the race begins on the curve and ends on the home straight, so a combination of techniques is needed to successfully run the race. A slightly shorter race, called the '' stadion'' and run on a straight track, was the first recorded event at the ancient Olympic Games. The 200 m places more emphasis on speed endurance than shorter sprint distances as athletes predominantly rely on anaerobic energy system during the 200 m sprint. Similarly to other sprint distances, the 200 m begins from the starting blocks. When the sprinters adopt the 'set' position in the blocks they are able to adopt a more efficient starting posture and isometrically preload their muscles. This enables them to stride forwards more powerfully when the race begins and start faster. In the United States and elsewhere, athletes previously ran the 220-yard dash (201.168 m) instead of the 200 m (21 ...
