Douglas Nicholls (born 1956) is a British trade union leader and writer. Nicholls was a part-time youth worker in Oxford in 1975, when he joined the Community and Youth Workers' Union (CYWU). In 1982, he moved to Coventry to work full-time in the field, and in 1987 he was elected as general secretary of the . He was Secretary of the Coventry Trade Union Council 1984-1994 and the Secretary of the Coventry Miners' Support Committee during the great strike 1984/85. Joe Marino
Joe Marino (born 1946, Wythenshawe, Manchester) is a British trade unionist. Marino joined the Bakers, Food and Allied Workers' Union (BFAWU) in his youth, and was elected as a shop steward in 1968. Gawain Robert Little (born 28 May 1980) is a British trade union leader. Little grew up in Toxteth, Liverpool, in the early 1980s, leaving Liverpool in 1998 to study mathematics at St John’s College, Oxford University.
