Douglas Howell Bernier (born June 24, 1980) is an American former professional baseball infielder. He is an alumnus of Oral Roberts University. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Colorado Rockies and Minnesota Twins. Career Amateur career Bernier attended St. Joseph High School in Santa Maria, California where he was primarily a pitcher. He did not receive any scholarship offers from any four-year schools and chose to begin his college baseball career at Cuesta College. At Cuesta, Bernier started every game at shortstop and set school records in walks in a single season and in a career. Bernier continued his college career at Oral Roberts where he had a .332 career batting average and was named to the Mid-Continent Conference First Team as a senior. Oral Roberts Golden Eagles Baseball
The Oral Roberts Golden Eagles baseball team is the intercollegiate baseball team of Oral Roberts University. It plays in the NCAA Division I Summit League. The team won the Mid-Con and Summit League regular season and tournament titles for 15 years straight between 1998 and 2012. The Colorado Springs Sky Sox were a Minor League Baseball team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Clint Harrold Barmes (, born March 6, 1979) is an American former professional baseball second baseman and shortstop. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 2003 through 2015 for the Colorado Rockies, Houston Astros, Pittsburgh Pirates, and San Diego Padres. Collegiate career Barmes attended Olney Central College and Indiana State University. While at Indiana State, Barmes was voted All-Region by the ABCA and All-Conference. Omar Quintanilla (born October 24, 1981) is an American former professional baseball infielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Rockies (2005–2009), Texas Rangers (2011), New York Mets (2012, 2013-2014) and Baltimore Orioles (2012).
