''Doppelganger'' ( zh, 入侵者) is a Singaporean Chinese drama which was produced by Wawa Pictures and telecast on Singapore's free-to-air channel, Mediacorp Channel 8. It was first shown in 2018, and was broadcast on weeknights. The show aired at 9 p.m. on weekdays and had a repeat telecast at 8 a.m. the following day. This drama serial consists of 20 episodes, and it stars Christopher Lee (Malaysian actor), Christopher Lee and Fann Wong. The drama was the first drama with a prequel, which was first aired on Mediacorp#Over-the-top broadcast: Toggle, Toggle on 11 March 2018 from 7 to 9 pm as a telemovie. Christopher Lee (Malaysian Actor)
Christopher Lee Meng Soon (; born 23 July 1971) is a Malaysian actor, host and singer based in Singapore. Early life Lee studied up to form 5 in Sekolah Menengah Seri Kota, Air Leleh, Malacca, Malaysia. He was an active student in school, serving as a prefect and representing his school in rugby competitions. He has an older sister and two younger brothers, the youngest being Frederick Lee Meng Chong, who is also an actor and model in Malaysia. Eelyn Kok Hui Wen () is a Singaporean actress. She was prominently a full-time MediaCorp artist from 2001 to 2013, but continues to film on an ad hoc basis. Career Kok was first spotted in SPH MediaWorks's talent show ''Route to Glamour'' in 2001 and was a contestant alongside Jeanette Aw and Adam Chen. Although she did not win, she was offered a contract with MediaWorks and later joined MediaCorp in 2005 when the two companies merged. Derrick Hoh (何維健, He Weijian) is a Singaporean singer-songwriter in the Chinese Mando-pop scene. He gained nationwide recognition after emerging as the second runner up in Channel U's Project SuperStar in 2005. ''Against the Tide'' ( Chinese: 逆潮) is a psychological thriller drama produced by MediaCorp Channel 8. This drama features different crime cases. The Star Awards (Chinese: 红星大奖) are awards for artistic and technical merit in the media organisation Mediacorp of Singapore where Mediacorp recognises entertainers under their employment for outstanding performances of the year. The awards are given annually in a ceremony. The various category winners are awarded a trophy, with initial designs featuring various star shapes. The star was subsequently removed and the trophy is designed as a S shaped column, depicting the star. Star Awards 2019 (also SA25, Chinese: 红星大奖25) is a television award ceremony which is held in Singapore. Star Awards 2019 marks the 25th anniversary, or Silver Jubilee, of the Star Awards since it was first awarded in 1994, hence subtitled ''Star Awards 25''. The theme for the ceremony is "The Moment", highlighting the best moments of the local television industries alongside Singapore's talents and audiences as well. This is also the first award ceremony to feature a vocalized version of the Awards' theme tune, titled 《星光》(lit. "Starlight"). The Walk Of Fame and Ceremony Awards was broadcast live on 14 April 2019. The Walk Of Fame will be followed by the Awards Ceremony.
