Doosan Arena
Doosan Arena, previously known as Stadion města Plzně (Plzeň City Stadium), is a multi-purpose stadium in Plzeň, Czech Republic. It is located in Štrunc Park, near the confluence of the Mže and Radbuza rivers. The stadium is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of FC Viktoria Plzeň. The stadium holds 11,700 people. It is also known as Stadion ve Štruncových sadech (Stadium in Štrunc Park), named after Emil Štrunc, a former regional chieftain of the Sokol Movement (some people incorrectly think it is named after a famous local footballer Stanislav Štrunc). UEFA stadium categories are categories for association football, football stadiums laid out in UEFA's Stadium Infrastructure Regulations. Using these regulations, stadiums are rated as category one, two, three, or four (renamed from elite) in ascending ranking order. These categories replaced the previous method of ranking stadiums on one to five star scale in 2006. A stadium must be rated as category four in order to host games in the playoffs of the qualifying stage for the UEFA Champions League, or any game in the main competition. Category four is also required to host any game in the main competition of the UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, UEFA Nations League or the UEFA European Championship final tournament. Jan Rezek
Jan Rezek (born 5 May 1982) is a former Czech professional footballer. At international level, he has represented the Czech Republic. Career Rezek played for several top Czech clubs before and spent also one season in Russia at FC Kuban Krasnodar. Theodor Gebre Selassie (born 24 December 1986) is a Czech professional footballer who plays for Czech club Slovan Liberec, either as a right-back or as wing-back.
