Dony Tri Pamungkas (born 11 January 2005) is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a left winger or left-back for Liga 1 club Persija Jakarta. Club career Persija Jakarta Dony signed for Persija Jakarta to play in Liga 1 for the 2021 season. He made his first-team debut on 28 September 2021 as a substitute in a match against Persita Tangerang at the Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong. International career While playing for Persija U-19 against Indonesia U-20 national team in a 2–1 win in an exhibition match, coach Shin Tae-yong was impressed with Dony's gameplay and decided to called him to the national team squad. The Piala Presiden (English: President's Cup) is an annual pre-season association football tournament held in Indonesia and organized by the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI). It is participated by Liga 1 clubs. The inaugural tournament was held in 2015 to fill the vacuum of the Indonesia Super League when Indonesia was suspended by FIFA for government interference.
