Donna Kooler
Donna Kooler is the president, designer, and creative director of Kooler Design Studio, a company she founded in 1985 Donna graduated from art school in Los Angeles in the 1950s. In 1973 she became Design Director for Sunset Designs, a needlework kit company in Northern California. Needlework
Needlework is decorative sewing and textile arts handicrafts. Anything that uses a needle for construction can be called needlework. Needlework may include related textile crafts such as crochet, worked with a hook, or tatting, worked with a shuttle. Knitting
Knitting is a method by which yarn is manipulated to create a textile, or fabric. It is used to create many types of garments. Knitting may be done by hand or by machine. Knitting creates stitches: loops of yarn in a row, either flat or in ''the round'' (tubular). There are usually many ''active stitches'' on the knitting needle at one time.
