Asparuh Nikodimov
Asparuh "Paro" Donev Nikodimov ( bg, Аспарух Донев Никодимов; born 21 August 1945) is a Bulgarian former football player and coach. He represented Bulgaria at the FIFA World Cups in 1970 and 1974. Playing career Nikodimov began playing football at the age of 16 in the youth team of Septemvri Sofia, where he played until he joined CSKA Sofia at the age of 19. In 1964 Nikodimov joined CSKA Sofia. During his time at CSKA, he won many honours, including six A PFG titles and five Bulgarian Cups. He played 296 league matches, scoring 58 goals for 11 seasons. Nikodimov ended his career in 1978, playing for Sliven. Managerial career Nikodimov began his managerial career with CSKA Sofia in 1979, guiding them to four consecutive league titles. Doncho Donev
Doncho Donev (Bulgarian: Дончо Донев; born 24 January 1967) is a retired Bulgarian professional footballer who played as a forward for several clubs and the Bulgarian national team. Donev is the current president of the Bulgarian Football Players' Association. Career Donev began his career playing for FC Dimitrovgrad, before spells with CSKA Sofia, Lokomotiv Sofia and Levski Sofia. In August 1996, he moved to Turkey to play for Sarıyer G.K., Vanspor, Çanakkale Dardanelspor and Denizlispor in the Süper Lig. Donyo Donev
Donyo Donev ( bg, Доньо Донев; 27 June 192928 November 2007) was a Bulgarian animator, director, art director, comics artist and cartoonist. He is best known as the "father of The Three Fools" – an animated humorous sequence whose short episodes were continuously released during the 1970s and 1980s. His biting satirical caricatures were published in most of the Bulgarian newspapers. Donev's works are characterized with simplified lines, the plasticity of the motion, and vivid expressiveness. He was the first to use a deformed manner of speaking and interjections as a sound image of a second plan, accompanied with the sounds of drums and bagpipes. Ivo Donev (born 25 December 1959) is a Bulgarian, with Austrian passport, who is a professional chess and poker player. Chess His father, Hristo Donev was a national master at chess. Ivo Donev won the 1989 CSSR International Chess Tournament, progressing him to International Master status. When he and his family emigrated to Austria in 1990, Donev taught for a chess school at $10 per hour to support his study of computer science. Ivo Donev is the author of the chess book "The most important ideas in the end game" in German language. Poker Donev studied the poker books of David Sklansky, Mason Malmuth, and Tom McEvoy and practiced using poker computer software.
