Donald Arthur Cardross Grant is a South African businessman and politician. He was the Western Cape Provincial Minister of Transport and Public Works from 2014 to 2019 and the Western Cape Provincial Minister of Education from 2009 to 2014. He was a Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament from 2009 to 2019. Grant started his political career as a councillor at the Bitou Municipality. Grant is a member of the Democratic Alliance (DA). Biography Donald Grant obtained a Master of Business Administration at the University of Cape Town. He worked for several years in the private sector before he was elected a Bitou Local Municipality councillor. In April 2009, he was elected as a Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament for the Democratic Alliance. He was sworn in as a Member on 6 May 2009. Alan Winde
Alan Richard Winde (born 18 March 1965) is a South African politician and businessman. He is the 8th and current Premier of the Western Cape, having held the position since 2019. He has been a Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament since 1999. Winde is a member of the Democratic Alliance. Born in Knysna, Winde attended Knysna High School. He established small businesses in his hometown. He started his political career as a municipal and district councillor in the early 1990s. Shortly afterwards in 1999, he was elected to the Western Cape Provincial Parliament. He has held various leadership positions in the Democratic Alliance provincial parliament caucus. Yvonne Mokgoro
Yvonne Mokgoro (born 19 October 1950) is a former justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and wife to Job Mokgoro. Career Mokgoro was appointed to the bench in 1994 by Nelson Mandela. Mokgoro is a board member of the Centre for Human Rights at the University of Pretoria and is the current Chairperson of the South African Law Reform Commission. She was educated at North-West University from which she graduated with a B.luris degree in 1982, an LLB degree two years later, and an LLM in 1987. She also studied at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in the US, where she was awarded another LLM degree.
